Returns & Refunds
✨All Sales Are Final: Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
✨Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us at hello@sprinklemylocs.com within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges
✨Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong product, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order details. We will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
✨No Exchanges for Preference Changes: We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, selecting the wrong thread color, or preferring a different style after purchasing. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
Order Issues & Shipping Errors
✨Lost or Stolen Packages: Sprinkle My Locs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered." If this happens, please check with your local postal service or file a claim with the carrier.
✨ Incorrect Shipping Address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for undelivered orders. If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
